What if I arrive late?
If you arrive a bit late, we’ll hold your reservation for 15 minutes. After that time, the equipment may be assigned to another customer.

Can I change the board once I’m there?
If you’d like to change your board once at the school, no problem. You can choose the one you prefer or the one that best suits the day’s conditions.
What if there are no waves or conditions aren’t good?
If the sea is flat or conditions aren’t ideal, you can change the day or time of your booking without any problem. We want you to enjoy the best waves possible.
Do I need to leave a deposit or any document?
You’ll need to show your ID or passport when collecting the equipment. We don’t ask for a deposit, just the document as a guarantee.
What’s included in the rental?
The rental includes the board and leash. The wetsuit is optional in case you prefer to use your own or rent it separately.
What if I damage the board or have an accident?
The equipment is under your responsibility during the rental period. In case of damage or breakage, the repair cost must be covered. We recommend checking the equipment together with our team when picking it up and returning it.
